I got Scammed. Any suggestions of ways to get my account back

Went to trade info same time, the stuff he gave me was 100% fake and by the time i tried to log in he had already changed my email and password and i think he guessed my Sqa.(my fault for makeing it too easy/guessable)
I contacted blizz telling them to freeze my account and saying that i was at a lan party and one of the computers must have had a keylogger.
Im just looking for ideas to get my account back, i have a second account with my bank on it so luckily he didnt get 7k gold and all my other items. But he ignores every alt i make to talk to him.
Im in need of ideas/ways to get it back. And if there are no possibilities im going to get it banned, hey if i cant play it im not about to let some [censored] play it.
Any of you know how i can verafy its my account, i have sqa i can tell them the names/numbers of the credit cards used to do character transfers.
I emailed them with the keylogger story and GM's have been contacted IG saying that the account is stolen and they say there investigating.

Please, Please help me get this guy.

UPDATES: called blizzard and the SQA that i had was wrong and he infact does not have the SQA. I contacted my friend (OO of account) and he is calling Blizzard and changing all the information and giveing it back to me. I will post again once i have the information to the account.

But still i suppose this thread could be used as a "give your suggestions to other people"
