I got negative feedback from unpurchased customer

He gave me negative feedback for this resaon : Block him on discord
I shouldn't get this negative feedback for these reasons

1. He didn't buy the product
2. He was annoying me for hours
3. I have to clear friend list after coversation to get new customers : discord friend only allow 1000 friends ( i have 950)

1. You say i gave you negative feedback without reason, and then you do the same to me. Doesn't seem much professional.
2. Blocked or unfriended is basically the same as the result is the same: can't contact. These are the screenshots of our conversation and i did nothing to be considered "annoying": if you want to end a deal with a customer of yours in such way, you can't be considered professional.

I told you. I have 950~960 friends now. and discord only allow 1000friends
I have to remove friends after conversation
And I showed you my friends list but you still complain it
All sellers remove friends after conversation if they have too many friend, The most popular seller on epicnpc Setuna also do this
Normally people don't complain about it
this is not offense thing

You can't just remove normal customers when dealing because you think they're annoying, else you're subject to negative feedback. I'll leave this to moderators anyway.
