I cant get feedback ?

My "Submit Feedback For Refresher" button is gone I have made a few successful sales and the buyers are unable to leave feedback, is it something I did ? What is the solution to this ?

moved to help since its not a dispute. If they are new users they cannot leave feedback. They must have 1 feedback left on their account before they can give out feedback.

That link has been removed from the profile page for everyone. Instead there is a new "submit feedback" button at the top of all threads. Just tell the buyer to go to your threads and they will see it.

However as mentioned above, members with 0 feedback can't give feedback. You'll have to give the buyer feedback first, then they can return the favor.
