What is the dispute about?
i bought Dota boost 1900 mmr. from 2100-4000. we agree at price of 60$ and payment is in 2 installment.
when booster reach half mmr .i pay him next 30$ . then with in 3-5 wins the account got banned. he said he will compensate with a 4500 mmr account etc.
my point is he should return half money which is 30$.
he said that he never return money in any case.
he send me steam acc details when i login and ask about the steam code he didnt reply from that time.
