EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead. If Trade Guardian was used, we will fully investigate.

DISPUTE Information

Seller and myself settled on 300 dollars for an ow2 account, me paying only 200 dollars today to receive the account, and the remainder would be payer on April 27th. This is my first time using epicnpc, and he had a good review so I trusted the process on using free trade guardian. I paid 200 dollars through PayPal, and seller claims the funds were put on hold. I called PayPal support and they confirmed that the funds were received on the recipients end. I also have receipts to show that the 200 dollars were sent to seller. After seller claimed that the funds were not available, and has not contacted me back. I have reached out several times with no response. The transaction through guardian is still active, but recipient has not marked that he revived the funds

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
