User contacted me and wanted all exclusive mods I have , that is weird no one just buys all exclusive **** at once so that was suspicion.
We made a deal ,he did send the money I went in game and go to paypal one more time to check is payment ok, and he tried to rollback transaction soon as he send it,in hope to scamm me.
When I saw what he did I just blocked him ,because he did not succeed in scam and I did not get his money , so there was nothing to argue about ,But look like he reported im first in fear of that I will report him.
Someone every days try scams like that,I dont give them too much attention.
It was not worth of attention,he did not scamm me and I dont have his money,so I just blocked him.

This is the transfer of the money to his email that he provided, you can see the skype name is the same as he provided on his thread here on EpicNPC

Already made a paypal claim, he put his thread on sold as fast as the money was sent to avoid me putting negative feedback

Please go to the "Resolution Center" and click "View" for the dispute. Take a screenshot of that page. It should look like this.

In the messages box, make sure the 1st message is visible.

Why does it say "case closed" but then says "Paypal in investigating..." in the status ?

Click the "transaction ID" link at the top. This will take you to the "transaction Details" page.

1) Take a screenshot of the transaction details page
2) In the "Related Transactions" table it will list 1-2 rows about the dispute and Paypal investigation. Each line will have a 'details' link. Click the link for each and post screenshots of those pages.


Hrkljus please resolve the Paypal dispute and return the payment. Post screenshots showing it's been closed and funds returned if it's been settled on your end.

It is closed and settled , Like he said ,he got his payment back , payment was canceld and those 75usd he claim I scammed him for has been removed,and they are available again for him to use.
He instantly aftery payment reported that it was an Unauthorized Claim , so paypal roleback that transaction , thats nice tactic for a scamm try.

paypal cancled because sending money with "family or friend" option has no "item" dispute. as you can see, i have not recived any money.

here is the response i got from Paypal, i tried to despute with unauthorized payment because i had no other option.

Also of course HE won't answer, i've been providing with screenshots while he has no proof. he has yet to give solid proof

Also here is the result of that claim and it failed because they found no unauthorized access, i wrote again to paypal to help me get my money back but no response so far. which is extremely disappointing

Hrkljus your own image shows that you won the case. he did not receive a refund
 
The reason why i made this claim in the beginning is because i wanted to buy exclusive items from this scammer, as the results as you can see on the pictures [The conversation on skype], he instantly stopped responding to my messages and his information became unavailable. I prooceded to try to write to him until i realized he had blocked me, i waited online on the game Warframe. he never showed up and i noticed he had put his thread on closed so that i could not post anything about the scamming.

On the conversation you can see that im checking the amount so i don't exceed a amount that is too big, which shows i had no intention in scamming in the first place. as you can further see the conversation was cut suddenly as i said the money had been sent. he never replied at all which would prove if he was getting scammed he would had said something. but nothing was said after i sent the money because at that moment he had blocked me.

I got infuriated and proceeded to try to stop him from walking away with as much as 75$, but Paypal has no refund system when it comes to private transfer of money. So i picked the first option that could stop it which was an "Unauthorized" dispute. Failed which i'm sure is making Hrkljus very happy.

I blame myself for not being more cautious and checking whats realistic or not. So i know i'm not going to get the money back because he has surely transferred it to a safe account already. but i'll be damned to let him keep his account here.

Yes Instantly , that is why I didn not response , I saw what he did and just dicieded to ignore it.
Hahahahahaha so he trys to get his money back right away,and I discover it b4 trade ,so he end up without money or items lol ,this is good one.

Mate thing that you did was not nice , im not happy with your money , I have business here with quite big history ,and to be honest keeping my acc here and my reputation is more worth to me then 75usd.
If you did not try to scam me at first place you would get your stuff ,and even after scam attempt if you just contact me and apologize I would return you money,
And now I have problem on this site coz only prove I have is your own transaction and rollback transaction instantly after payment ,everything other go in your favor , and coz of your stupid paypal refund attempt your money is stock on my pending balance and it will be there for 30days so you cant get it back , and now i'm not quite sure will I return it even after that ,my reputation is damaged I could get banned and my business could be ruined so I dont have reason to return money ,and over all that why would I help someone who tries to harm me.
 
But as you see Doomedtofail and EpicNPC this is all my proof i have, i won't start any further arguments with this scammer, so i'll leave the rest to you admins.

Will I be able to continue to operate on this site,and keep my acc without any sanctions , punishments or suspension on my epic.npc profile after refund ?
 
Yes, we do not issue punishment for resolved disputes, but that is irrelevant. Just asking shows you are still contemplating scamming him. If I said no, you would get a warning on your account, would you keep his money?

Refund must be issue in 24 hrs or a ban will be given.
