How to get V-U and P-A Badges ?

I'm new at here , i just want to know how to get the badges "Phone Authenticator" and "Verified Upgrade" for my account.

You have to purchase epicnpc verified the same way you purchased member just requires id. And phone authenticator is download the google authenticator and link it to your account
