How to get "Other Feedback" Tab?

I am a trustworthy trader on Powerbot:

Not sure how I link it to here, or if it's possible, I saw some other guy with the "Other Feedback" tab, not sure how to activate it.
If someone could point me in the right direction or do it for me - that'd be great.
I can show any proof that is necessary in order to get this linked up if possible.

We currently do not support Powerbot, but we will be adding more sites to our Import Feedback feature in the future.
