How long until a middleman take my deal ?

I started a deal with a buyer 2 hours ago with tradeguardian.

Still no answer, nothing in mailbox, and transaction is still unactive.

I choose "fastest middleman available".

It can take some time until a middlemen accepts your request. Most of the time they still need to download the game and make sure they can also secure the account that's the object of your transaction, before they claim the pending service they are delivering.

There is no active or cancelled transaction on your account.

If you send a request to the seller with an offer, they have to first accept the offer before a transaction is created.

If you're offsite, then it's fake and scam.

My buyer said he didnt received any request, which is weird

My buyer said he didnt receive anything to confirm on his epicnpc account

And i tried several times to submit again

The buyer sended me this screenshot as u can see he didnt got any alert or message to confirm ! HELP please

The alerts are in the "Chat" area, top right. If you click "chat" there is a "TG" (Trade Guardian) tab that has the transaction requests, but they also appear in the chat drop down to select quickly.

I see @Vandagalino currently has 3 requests, 2 unread.
