How does someone leave feedback?

How does someone leave feedback if there is not a "Buy Now" button and most transaction happen through PayPal, etc? Just wondering because i am selling an account and i do want feedback when it is brought and wanted to know if they will get notified or what would i tell them to do to leave feedback?
