How do you get Ratings?

I have been a member of Markee for a couple of years and have bought 4 accounts but never bothered to get ratings. How do you go about doing it? I looked at stickies and did not find the answer.

you need to get a TWV member to open a transaction with you then give you rating

non TWV members will appear but on your ratings sheet but they do not contribute to the + or - on your account.
