I'm trying to buy a PSN account with a BO2 Combat Record. But those seem really difficult to verify. How do you check someone's profile on PSN? How do you verify their combat record especially since they can just use the Fresh Start feature before handing it over to you? Especially since they removed that feature from Activision's ELITE page.
How do I obtain enough proof to know the sellers are even good? Having a legit Paypal and Skype is all well and good but it does me no good if I can't see what PSN account I'm about to get.
