There are a number of things that go into becoming verified. See the link above. PayPal is a great way to pay outside of gaming. Always nice to have a verified PayPal account with bank and card secured.

2) Link a bank or credit card to your Paypal account to get verified (it's different for some countries, some only require only credit card, other bank account)
3) Once you Paypal account is verified, reply back to the message you received from Epicnpc CM, you should have received 2 messages now. (your last payment shows you were still unverified)
4) You don't have to make another payment, just reply to the message.

Update: This can take several days for the process to be completed.
You will receive 2 Payments to your bank marked as 'PayPal', you will be asked to provide the exact amount to verify your Account.

How do you know if you are verified? I linked my bank account but I can't link my debit card and I don't know if I'm verified or not.
