How can i win this claim

Ok so i sold an account abbout 2 days ago and had a feeling the person i was selling to would open a claim. I gave him the info so he can play the account and the email just because it was the only way he would do it. I still had the name on account and secret question and he didnt. So he sends the money and there was a shipping adress. If i send a package with a bunch of random stuff in it to that address and use the tracking number as proof is there a good chance of winning the claim? And what if the paypal account was stolen from some random person and im screwing him over? what would happen in that case?

Yeah, pretty much if you send him an item. He can claim the item is not as described though.

That's why I don't like using paypal.

Also because of 2 claims opened within a week of eachother my account now has limited access and there is a checklist of things i have to do to lift it. Like fax a valid id give social security number and a few other things. Do i have to do all of those to lift the limited access or just 1.
