The house comes with 3k silver coins, an Ethereal Ki-rin, 12 6th anniversary bags, a black *blessed* dye tub, a rose/whispering rose, Ask and answer ball, and some other minor things.... The house is "not" decorated but its located very close to the Bushido Dojo, there are no neighbors and if you have your Tokuno Islands small map *the one that came with your game, not the uo mini map*, you may even be able to use the Auto Map. You can see the circle up near the Bushido Dojo *its towards the west side* that circle is where the L tower is... What makes this house valuable incase some of you aren't quite sure is that not only is it an 18x18 in Tokuno Islands but you cannot place a house in the tokuno islands anymore unless a house has already fallen and you can place "OVER" it!! This house ive had a smaller size here before that was actually a vendor library mall and within a week I had around 600 visitors, ofcourse I sold the house before but the owner either dropped it or it decayed "lol" so I placed an even larger one! If you cant pay the 15m or Jackals Collar then i'll be willing to sell it over ebay for $50.00. This house has a few minor spawn "a couple ronins" here and there, sometimes I recall in and dont see any but then there are times that I see both Ronins there. You would have your very own personal healer just south of the house *2-2.5 uo screens, not mini map*. You will still have a fairly large front yard and if you are looking for a vendor/library or just a place to sell a few things then this house is DEFINATELLY for you! Not only does it have ofcourse the max lockdowns but it can hold up to 42 vendors! Whats cool though about the Ronins that drop 800-950gp is you can actually stand ON the steps outside your house and shoot or cast at them!! They cant even target you so its pretty cool, or you can go to the roof and cast EV's off the top of your house right next to them, LOL!
