Help regarding ID Proof

The person whose id proof is used wanna leave the partnership and hence wants his id proof removed. While we wanna continue with same account. What to do?

The person who's ID is on the account owns the account. If that's not you, you should not use the account and make a new one.

If you continue to use the account, the person who's ID is on it can take it away from you at any time and we will not give it back to you. ID = permanent owner of the account.

Before you make a new account, please confirm I can close your current account. You can then create a new one.
