Hello Sir/Ma'am,

My client and I had a misunderstanding and he decided to give me a bad review.
We already resolved it and my client removed his comment and deleted his bad review on my profile
but the bad review and the bad rate is still visible on my profile.
My Client and I resolved the issue, ADMIN please help. Thank you
