He scammed me 60€

The 2nd of July 2019, Peter53 (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/peter53.904401/ ) scammed me 60€ for an One Piece Treasure Cruise account that he never sent to me. He wanted a product from the web https://www.kinguin.net that was a game key or something like that. The web said that the key was redeemed and he said that he didn't redeem that key. He doesnt want to give my money back and I want it. I hope to find a solution and if you want information I attached some screenshots from our conversation. My e-mail is [email protected] Thanks.
