What is the dispute about?

It is a bit complicated.. I will try to explain as best I can.. The guy I mentioned bought two accounts from me on March 25 and 26... He paid as goods and services as my country doesn't have the fnf option.. Everything was good and he seemed nice as well.. Then after a month i was selling a different account in the forum which was worth 600$ at that time.. He made me a offer.. He gave me back the two accounts he bought and promised to an extra 200$ as well for that new account.. So I gave him the account in exchange.. But even after a month he didn't pay me the money.. Around two weeks ago he said his paypal isn't working so he can't pay back the money.. Instead he offered me to take that account back and try to sell it.. But the account worth was reduced by 200$ by that time.. He told me to take the money he owed me and send the rest to him if I sell it...

After giving the account.. He made a chargeback on the previous transactions he made.. As a result I will be losing around 200$ even if I keep the account myself as the prices are different than last month.. I asked him why he did it.. He said it wasn't him.. I dont know what to do.. He is not even replying.. He just sends on msg and disappear for days.. I will add all the screenshots.. He even said that owner of the paypal did that.. I told him to take back the account and pay my 200$..but he is not replying..
