I'm having trouble with beteze. i bought an account from him over the summer and lost the info due to a drive crash, I have been trying to ask him to help recover it, but he continues to ignore me, he is legit and everything but he also changed the last name on the account, and stated when i bought it that he would recover it if need be. he gave me the information, but i would feel more comfortable if he would recover it as promised

There is no one registered with the username beteze. You also just registered today, so if this was a deal made completely off site and you have no proof of anything since your hardrive crashed, I can't do anything for you.
