What is the dispute about?
I follow the Middleman's instruction do not change gmail and any setting else.

How can we secure the gmail account to avoid any lock?
The first thing you should do is log in from your computer or phone, you have to stay connected for more than 7 to 15 days on your devices.
Your devices will be trusted within that period of 7 to 15 days and you can change the information you want without any code.
Alert You should not make any changes to the gmail account. No change recovery mail/phone etc.
You only have to connect to the gmail account using the recovery backup codes that I send you in the account information. You can send a code to my phone number that will be linked.

To change my password, I attempt to log in to the Arena GW2 website but I was not allowed to login to website in my live region. So I decide write an email to GW2 support for helping unluck.
And I have asked for this seller few qusetion which is GW2 support told me to provide the location logined before.
He said Zwolle and Groningen The Netherlands.
I reply mail to GW2 support and get in GW2 website to change password form epcoi200333 to newone
And I also see account IP activities from Netherlands. and Toronto.

I still in game. And my account password have been changed when I was in game. I got kicked out and not allowed to login anymore. And I can't even login to gmail account!
I already report to paypal and GW2 support. I follow all this Middleman's instruction. But I got scammer change password now!
