Guy that seemed like a scammer leaves me bad review then gets banned

My feedback pretty much sums up what's wrong with the guy who wanted to buy my account.
But the biggest reason is that he was already warned to trade with caution with this guy, but he also got banned for attempting to avoid negative feedback, and I believe his feedback still being on my profile damages my reputation when it's undeserved, coming from someone proven to be wrong and that got banned anyway.
