He PM'ed me to give him 110.00.

I want this off my feedback, and I am reporting this guy as well.

But for feedback to take place, doesn't he have to link the sell thread that I supposedly posted in, or a PM- Skype convo something?

24 hours to be "noted" as a scammer with a reflection of negative feedback is bad for business.

opik199 please post a screenshot of the chat logs showing the exchanged. If Skype, right-click the username in your Skype list, select Profile Details and post a screenshot of that window also.
