Got scammed - Paypal (Question)

Someone (i will give informations about him soon) scam me through Paypal. He sent me payment for goods and services with text in note and removed shipping address (no refunds, etc.). He open dispute first and said "i didn't receive item" (digital item - awp asiimov), then when i speak with agent and gave images with proofs, he change it to "unauthorized transaction" (he lie that he was hacked), now i'm waiting for Paypal review, what you think who will win this?

I have proofs and I talked with Paypal 2 times. They told me to wait few days.

It's almost impossible to win against an unauthorized claim.
If he's a member of EpicNPC, you can report him in Active Disputes.
