got scammed by Shioriu he take his acc back

i buy a blackdesert acc from him now i cant log in after long time in the acc we do in game support a email change to my email but now i cant log in the acc with my acc data
on the acc was a lvl 56 ---55--50---46 char pay him 35 euro

i got in the support chat from him id card photo and student id card photo from the email change chat with support

glad to hear that but i m unable to anything he is Original Owner cause i requested BDO to change it by sending them my ID card and other stuff

and i m not responding for BAN / Punishent against Kakao ToS / BDO ToS

PS : u have my ID card also student card on your mail ( uset to change account personal data to your own data ) ... i will be happy if you remove it

then your braing got little bit shock cause i dont get it back "Viva Support", i m trust person if any Problems have made i can help but only if i m as Original Owner and all personal info ... i m unable to help you

When you bought Digital Goods like Account from me as seller i m not respond for any BANS / PUNISHMENT. after i make eamail change and personal info change.
if you share info its your problem not my as proof i can prove old cases when person had problem with account and i was original owner all was in 24h Clear FIXED

and about my ID card and Student card ID who cares let it in your PC, but if you use it to recover my BANK ACCOUNT or etc you get punished by law ( in 2017 i get anyways new ID card ... )

nice to here :), rly i cant help u cause i have sold so manny NA / EU / CN accounts based on my own identity so i i try recover something i get all of them, but i dont want to and i cant cause i m TRUST seller

PS its xMas here i will be bussy 2-3 days from today
 
the acc was not banned or is not banned the log in information is change i have not acces to the acc to play it or log in it

How long did you have the account before the information didnt work?

Were you also given the email attached to this account? If so, please post any tickets sent by support.

in BDO u dont have smething like sing up mail adresses they are bound on Transaction ID and i gived him all info needed if he need more info i can give ... ( i remove always order IDs from my icloud account )


as i see BDO support is busy or they dont want answere you for some reason =\

Shio hasn't been on since 1/8/17. Avoiding a dispute when he clearly knows one is active.

got mail i have looked on it u want from me valid ID card to sent to Kakao games ?

if yes i cant do this cause u recover all accounts sold by me ( about 5 accounts ) ... cause all bought on my name ... and all comes into your ownership

and last u requesting me my ID card i cant give it out ! in my state is ilegal giving ID card true internet like this ...


as i sayd i m not responding in any problems u have Order NO order date as i send u on mail u got owner ship change already ... u can try recover it by your OWN ID Card

and why i m not online ? cause scholl exams maybe ? as i told before in PM to admin

okey i can do it but i will be not responsible to recover all sold account ( BDO only ), if admin say yes he will be responsible to any problems made with this ( one admin bought account from me too ... so he will also lose acces to it all account get this guy i dont care about it its on you ...)

my ID is Shioriu just take a look who is posting ... , if u looking for my ID card i m unable to send you it ... its ID card idk law in your State but i cant share it to random person ... btw as i know we changed all info and Ownership to you ...

if i get reply PM me ( i get email and i take a look here ) why i m not online scholl ... and i dont have nothing more to sell so i will come back when i have something to sell ...

Please refer to what the Admin has directed. So basically, you're not trying to reveal who you are. You sold an account to someone and since you're the original owner, you're the only one who could have reclaimed it. I think you're avoiding this because then two people will have access to original owner information for that account.

"Shioriu you have to attempt to recover the account, if you're not comfortable giving him the ID you can reply to the ticket yourself and input your ID."

To summarize:


Oct 24 - BeastSnake buys blackdesert account from Shioriu
Dec 21 - Login no longer works
Support is asking for new photo ID with newspaper, Shioriu is refusing to provide this info.

BeastSnake when you received the account, what information did you received?
Did you receive access to the email address or did you change it to your own? If you got the email do you still have access to that email?


The login email is mbu*****@hotmail.com, I registered a new BlackDesert account using the same email and it worked, so this confirms the email is no longer in the system. I doesn't prove much, but I wanted to check. That's why you got an email from Black Desert because I used your email address.


A warning has been added to Shioriu's account. Ban in 48 hrs if he's unwilling to help.

then i buy it and He make an email change viva suport and with his ID crad to the email adress:

and then i change after complet this the Pw:

Also last waring from me too Shio when i not get this acc back shio i have from old email change you ID and student id card then i make also a Advertisement with this IDs when you not trust must i send you a pm too whit this

this is reason why i got new ID card with new Nubmers ..., As all can see he got my ID card and Student card and he want use it for ilegal thinks i will no give him again new one ID card ... , anyways i m unable to recover it with new ID card ( other info only name is same ... ) they reject it anyway ...
