I was quite interested in the runescape07 account he was willing to sell and kinda added him on skype right away and made him a offer. We agreed on €25,- but he never gave me the details of the account. Ive got quite alot of proof and I think this guy needs to be banned as soon as possible since he will be scamming more people if he finds some more buyers.

I made a mistake and went first, paid him €1,- first just to check if the payment would transfer to his paypal account and if everything would be fine. Everything went fine and we didn't have any problems with the transaction so I send him the other €24,-. He told me he would make a list of the recovery questions etc etc and took quite alot of time. I was ok with it and gave him some time... After time has passed he eventually made some excuses about his internet connection and stuff and I kinda felt it fishy. At that point I was quite sure he would scam me. I kinda played along and had a little bit of hope left he would actually pass me the account... Well you can figure what happened next. He just deleted me and took the money... even though its only 25 bucks, I still think this kid needs to be banned from epicnpc because im sure he would try it again if not already did it a few more times....
Anyways heres some proof of him and me having a chat and him eventually comming up with some excuses etc etc...:
At this point he just deleted me and never spoken to him since....
