Got Scam?

Hi he told me tat he will sent me payment and he say that he have high reputation with i check is real but however
after i send payment he told me to wait a while for the payment to be done
waited for 30minute to paypal get it
then his skype went offline unfortunately his steam he didnt delete me but didnt reply me

So what kind of situation i am in???
