after few hours this person added me negative feedback for no reason

I said him that I'm eating and will be responsible not soon, I was on training with only my watches, but he think I need message him somehow when I can't do it, In discord I was online first time bc my pc always turned on, after I back to home and seen that he started trash talking I make decision that he is toxic kid and I do not want make any deals with guys like this one so I blocked him

Just interesting, why he need to be notified if no trade were made and he didn't bought anything from me
Feedback can stand only if trade were made and also I seen that many peopels got removed feedback instantly, but I need wait response from toxic person... so strange system
+ He added me feedback with some toxic word and he was spamming in my thread, he never said that he got scammed or something, why I need wait response from guy with psychedelic problems ?
