Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: This feedback is wrong because you can not leave someone feedback for a person who you did not have a transaction with because i refunded them the full amount. Also the review gives personal information about me and where I work which is inappropriate. He also claims that I did not play much on his account which i played alot games on his account. He also claims that he had to argue to get a refund which is not true at all. I gave him the full refund. Overall this guy is not happy and I think is acting in revenge.
Other details / notes: In the start of boost I declined doing the boost because I did not think I could do it but then he comes back a few weeks later and he really wants it so I decided to give the zen boost a try it out and if i cant do it I would just give him a refund. (which I did).

Sorry a transaction occurs once money or account information is exchanged. Refunding does not mean transaction never happened. there is no personal information in it and user had a negative experience by what he said and left a neutral.

There is no reason to remove it. You did not complete order and had to refund. Thus a neutral is allowed.

Still the neutral feedback is in inaccurate. He claims that I played vary little time on his account which I played for like 10-15 hours. He also says that I claimed to be playing but was not this is untrue. He also says he had to argue to get a refund which in not true at all. The only thing he said that is true is that he was able to receive a full refund. Also how is saying where i work not personal information? I dont want people knowing where I work.

You may have given a refund but it was a poor experience and deserves neutral feedback, why did i think to check here. Because i knew you would refute it. Had you not given the full refund i would have left negative feedback.

You claimed to have played a lot on my account, however i saw no more than 2 levels which at approximately 7500 per competetive game, is a generous maximum of 8 games. And even then that is questionable. You even tried to get another person to do it on my account, without my permission and then basically gave up.

I did have to argue with you for a refund as you wanted to keep the additional funds you requested. Because of your time and for the levelling. Which was in no part involved in the order. As it was simply to unlock the rapid discord spray. I contacted you several months ago with a larger order of achievements and you did say that you couldnt do them all but was not specific. Once you replied to my individual thread claiming you could do the rapid discord literally saying you could do it, then your arguement becomes irrelevant.

If someone offers and takes an order, i expect it completed within a prompt time frame, with good communication and without doubt in completion. What i received was a failed order, requests for more money, and a lousy effort.
In the future i will be avoiding your services at all costs and will be avoiding the websites that you work for. I am dissapointed with your effort and am not surpised to see you attempting to change the feedback you earned.

how are disappointed with my effort I got you way more than two levels. I played so many games of comp and quick play. I was going to ask you if I could just refund you money the order after the first day but you keep begging me to keep trying to get the achievement so i keep on trying just because you really wanted it
