The feedback message itself says he never did business with me.
Now, he made this as retaliation for me leaving feedback on his profile, which I left because he scammed someone else here: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/na-cbt2-access-2-stock-only-70.2736393/#post-9483193
And almost scammed me, except I can tell scammer behaviour so I stopped it there.
This person IS a scammer, but I technically never did business with him, so you are free to remove the feedback I left on his profile as well, it did its job which was to warn other people in the thread (I could not reply to his thread because he had blocked me so I couldn't warn people).
