What is the dispute about?
First time on this site: I wanted to buy a Honkai Impact 3rd account. I saw a thread (by username Manji, or smth like that) and commented on it, got messaged by bigfuze who nicely warned me against impersonators and told me to be careful. He asked me for budget, and account preferences... I gave him what i was looking for, and he sent me a gg drive link containing screenshots of an account, screenshots dating from September 16th. I was interested, but he wanted me to either pay via Paypal F&F, which is the less safe way of paying via Paypal, or via crypto (BTC, ETH...) and Sellix. I was quite reluctant at first, and wanted to maybe cut my losses in case of scam by splitting the bill with a deal.
The deal was that i'd pay 120$, then he'd give me the account credentials, then i'd pay the rest. I preferred doing 100/100 but ended up going for his option. As he was using vocab and speaking like someone who had experience on this site, i gradually trusted him and started the transaction via Paypal F&F. Everything goes well on my end, PayPal marks the transaction as sent, but bigfuze shows me a screen saying that for some security reason, Paypal was holding the money for 24h. I wasn't suspecting anything, as i had just created my Paypal account. I waited, and meanwhile downloaded the game the day after. Bigfuze then messaged me asking if i wanted to have the account immediately, and if so, i'd pay the remaining and he'd send me the account. I was still on my guard and told him i preferred waiting for the money to not be on hold anymore and get the account credentials, as stated and convened in our deal.
He agreed to my statement, and said that Paypal would put money on hold for no reasons sometimes. He hasn't replied to me ever since. It's now been a day and a few hours.
I tried to talk to him a few times, and started warning him. Nothing yet so far.
Other details / notes: Any hypothesis saying that he might have a problem regarding Internet can be overlooked, as i have proof of his logs on his BTC trading page, where he still at this moment (19:03 my time) is logged in.
Bigfuze sent me a link to this page to show that he was a trader who was trustworthy.
