Getting scammed by London_24

I'm trying to buy an account but the guy told me I would get infos after I pay him on PayPal, I did, and it got on hold and is not my fault, I could just wait for the money to be in his wallet, but still he doesn't want to give epic infos either until he has the money and i'm not able anymore to refund if I get scammed. Yesterday ignored me when I asked for epic log in and he keeps refusing middleman. I said I would pay f&f with someone that checks the account. Now he won't refund without a dispute on PayPal . What should I do? He won't even answer and doesn't even refund.

No that's not discord i don't have it, it was on emails, i can show the chat of me asking for other pics with "4 fingers" in front of the screen,here on epicnpc chat, and then him sending them on my email. He uses 2 different email for payments and to talk to me. On email he's using [email protected] and to receive money on PayPal his name is Joseph Zadirevich, email [email protected].
