Date the problem began: 21/01/2021, and 04/02/2021
Method of Contact Used: Facebook and mainly Discord.

I bought the account from schoomo on 14/01/2021 I contact him on Facebook 1st then Discord

In summary, he ensured that the account is safe, and said sometimes Mihoyo sends out random Worldpay mail and ensure it is safe.
Then on 21/01/2021 I received a message from Mihoyo, so I contacted him. Again, he ensured that there is nothing I need to worry about.
But 04/02/2021 the account got gem deduction.
I tried to contact but he blocked/removed me from discord. I contact him through email, Facebook, and EpicNPC message but he ignored me.
