What is the dispute about?
Well, here we go again.
On January 31st, I made a purchase on a he genshin account, and 4 days later, things started spiralling out of control. The conversations and the lengths this seller went through to scam me is ieunbelivebale. The amount of sweet-talking and manipulation is unfathomable.
It started on January 28th when I came across the seller selling his whale account. His site name rabbitqx, and I sent him a message on discord to discuss the price.
I initially offered him $1200 and then followed up with the question, did you use 3rd party top-ups and he replied yes. I thank him for being honest, but that's when I started being a bit suspicious. Following that he provided long paragraphs and explanations as to how much he spent of 3rd pary top-ups which was 50K as stated by him multiple times. He warned me that its my choice to buy and said that the 50k deductions could come in anytime. So, I should be prepared for it when I buy it.
Then on 1/30/21, he hits me with a long messages saying that deduction came through and how he was happy that it came before I purchased it. He provided many screenshots to justify why deductions came through.
(I just realized this now after looking through carefully at the date now that he has fully revealed himself, you can see he receive that in-game message on the 28th of January but decided not to tell me until the 30th probably because he was trying to make up his mind on how to scam me by sweet talking and overall coming up with a convincing story on why it happed)
Following that, he kept sending me long paragraphs explaining how deduction work, and almost as if he is an insider at mihoyo who knows every workaround.
He even went as far as to lower the price for me since the deductions came in, which was around 49k gems—totaling to about 700 dollars. So, in total, I had to pay 700 to the seller he agreed upon and 700 on the deduction, which makes it $1400.
Through his conversation you will see him refer to this that the account is like paying for 100% rng since it has everything so even if deduction happen it would be like paying that amount and getting that item. Almost as if he is going to use that excuse later in the future when he charges back more of his purchases.
Seeing him refer to that so much, I asked him a couple of times to make sure I was not getting any more deduction in the future and making an informed buy by asking, "Did they deduct the full primogems from 3rd party or they is more incoming in the future?"
He replied, "nope
will not be any more in the future
u can either leave it or clear it
leave it u either wait till they say by when u need to pay it off
or just clear it"
I said i would get back to him in the morning, and I did by asking him one last time, "So after I clear this one, there shouldn't any more chargebacks or refunds, right?"
He replied, "yes."
So, I purchase the knowing seeing how open he was about everything and how willing he was to explain everything.
After purchase, I immediately noticed he unfriended me from discord. From that point on, things started to get fishy. About 4 days passed and I received an in-game message saying on 2/4/2021 that a part of top-up purchases made with WorldPay was charged back/refunded, which led to 39,000 in primogems deduction which totals to about $500 to cover that balance. which brings the total i had to pay if I was to get the account reinstated again to $1900

Seeing that message, I try to readd him on discord and send a message to him on epicnpc. I didn't mention that it was primogrems deduction just said I had a couple of question and if he could leave me a positive feedback trying to get him to be friendly with him so he doesn't instantly block me after I interrogate him about the new deduction.
To my surprise, he added me back and before even asking, he told me if anything was wrong with the account, which was odd and further proved my suspicions before I even told him anything. He even went as far to develop a plot saying that the deductions happened because I changed my name and deleted all of his friends from the friends list. Again I found it odd because he asked that question before I even told him. So, he knew exactly what was going on and kept pulling his master scheme.
I ask him one more time if I was to pay this negative balance, I wouldn't receive anymore, right . He tries to dodge it doesn't give a clear answer and then he tells me to write to mihoyo and tell them I already covered the negative balance previously imposed on the account.
After that, he adds on saying" that account is already at risk and cause you bought it you know" and I am like wtf is he saying. He keeps dodging and sugarcoating things I realized.
I ask him what to do and he doubles down by saying that I have 2 options either clear the balance or contact mihoyo saying I already payed off the negative balance.

So, I emailed them and they got back to me today.
They said they double-checked and said a chargeback occurred from using Worldpay services, and they even would give me exact times and dates.
I decided not to give that information because it would reveal i bought the account since they asked for location played and devices used. It would make them suspicious about the account even more.
So, I message him back with a screenshot and ask him if he is lying and just simply own up and resolve it peacefully but again he keeps dodging the questions.
Then he replies with saying that he already washed his hands off that account and I was acting dumb without any evidences. I ask him what did I do and told him that he told me to contact mihoyo to get an answer, and that's exactly what I did.
He keeps dodging it multiple times and tells me he never said that there wouldn't be any more deduction which is a lie because he said twice that there wouldn't be any more deductions. He again brings up the rng aspect related to the account saying since the account has everything which it doesn't and it's like paying for everything all the while he keeps making chargebacks now and in the future.
I keep asking him how does that justify what u said to me before he keeps ignoring that question and says he can't do anything and finally deletes and blocks me.

This is astonishing how far someone went through to sweet talk and brainwashing me to buying i. He knew this day would come, so he tried to use excuses trying to paint it as an agel and as if he doesn't know what's going on, but its clear that he is just a top-level scammer and very good at what he does, lol.
I simply ask to ban this user for his lies and deceitful nature and get some of my money back through the victim fund if possible since I have been scammed for so much!
