Gave me bad rep and blocked me

What happened: I warned her very much about crypto qhwn she is buying server from me but she just didnt listen me and did something wrong and lost money I even accepted the money with loss and told her to wait a few days so I can find another stock ( I waited for her 1 week to removing crypto confrmation) but she just said I am gonna buy from another seller and blocked me also gave bad rep what Can I do in that situation can you please remove it ?

Tradeguardian was used but it isnt completed delac canceled it - rep is looking bad in profile so please help me

Feedback would be allowed.

1. Buyer paid the MM fee
2. Buyer purchased crypto based on seller's instructions.

Due to some issues, the buyer was unable to complete the payment to the seller, so the MM cancelled. I don't see how this is the seller's fault, so I updated the feedback from negative to neutral, but the feedback can remain.
