Hi EpicNpc Staff,

I've dealt with this individual multiple times in the past and has always been a good seller. He is telling me that he uses his mobile provider for internet and that it's possible that he and other user's on the same mobile provider may have been flagged as multiple accounts. He also said that he bought a couple Bleach Brave Souls accounts that were linked to Facebook and google play and maybe had similar cookies to another user leading to a false flag. He's unsure about the cookies part.

He sent me a screen shot of an email saying that the epicnpc staff wanted $100 in bitcoin to resolve the issue, but that doesn't sound quite right.
attached is an email. His email is [email protected]

Sincerely willierocks1029

Hello. Your mate will need to contact our support himself. He can do that by clicking the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the site and selecting 'Ban Appeal' in the drop-down. All members, including banned members can access the Contact Us page. Support staff will then take a look.

In terms of the first screenshot, any emails returned from your ticket are authentic. If you are found to be in violation of rules here and you wish to return, and depending on severity, you will need to cover a fee in order to establish market safety. This is ofc on a case by case basis and some users will never even get that opportunity.

Thank you for attempting to help your mate, but only he can deal with this.
