There is a misscommunication between me as the seller and the buyer, the buyer tough im recalling the account after the payment were made so the buyer filing a bad feedback on my EpicNPC account.
After i explain about how to change the game account login infos, he finally understood and received the account.
The buyer is trying to change the feedback but the system says :
"need to wait for 21hrs to change the feedback"
Please help me to resolve this problem, since a bad feedback will impact my reputation so bad
