I was making transaction with that member, I was buying IG account from him.
I sent him money via PayPal goods and services and he got that payment under 21 money hold as his PayPal account is new.
I told him that he is going to get money after 21 days and it's normal but he did not understood how does it work even after he contacted PayPal support and he was telling that he is not going to deliver account until he will not get the money. I was trying to explain him how it works few times but he did not understood.
Finally I told him to refund me and after few requests he finally refunded me.
Please remove it, I'm really tired of that "member"
