Banned - Abusing feedback
Hello, my name is Seven. I recently provided negative feedback to member https://www.epicnpc.com/members/firstn20.86260/
but the feedback has been revoked due to reason "no sales has been made" however, according to EpicNPC feedback-rules-update https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/feedback-rules-updated.1199070/
Feedback can be given predicated on slow accommodation or impertinence to the extreme. My particular case the negative feedback are given upon two reasons. Slow accommodation and impertinence to the extreme, as well as misinformation regarding the account description of the sales endeavor. The user endeavor to sell me an account that is predicated on a lie evidence by the previous owner for method PayPal friends and family.
1. Particular user firstn20 made me wait three days, promising he would sell me the account on another day but ended up slowing down to the next day and day after. I made time for this user for the entire duration of this 3 days. Albeit you cannot provide negative feedback due to slow accommodation, you can provide one for impudence as mention in EpicNPC feedback-rules. This user backed out last second and incriminated me of rushing the sales in an endeavor for resell attempt.
2. Particular user told me he has ownership of the account for 5 months when in authenticity, he bought the account the day he promised to sell me the account. This is selling with deception.
As you can see, this is a lie. If these are not rudeness to the extreme, it can be perceived as selling with deception, a practice designed to influence with erroneous or illuding claims in an attempt to defined high-pressure, or hard selling, as appealing to potential fears, acquisitiveness, or vanity to persuade a prospect to make an expeditious purchase decision.
Evidence by: on Saturday at 5:24 PM January 14th 2023. At the very same time and date. He messaged me on discord saying he'd be willing to sell me the account. He did not have the account ownership for 5 months.
This is false advertisement / description of the account. Keep in mind that the user wanted me to purchased based on PayPal friends and family (no protection) based on a lie of account ownership duration.
Thank you. I understand that the particular member has been with EpicNPC since 2007, a feat in which he proudly mentioned multiple times over on our discord conversation. But such feat shouldn't exempt him or anyone of his particular stature for a negative feedback.
