Feedback from someone I had no transaction with

I want to dispute feedback left by this person: "SimplyPain" (the only negative one I have)

I never even spoke to this person, I have no idea who he is, it seems he created the acc on epicnpc yesterday, just for the sole purpose of leaving me negative review and drop my feedback from 100% positive, not sure about the motivation, but seems to me like competitor trying to reduce my credibility... I have 100% positive feedback on ebay from over 1k reviews, maybe he's butthurt about that...
