I have refunded.

The mailbox is a real mailbox, which is the same as the mailbox bound to the account.

Buyer can contact the official through this email, but can't receive the official email.

This kind of problem is rare, and I can't control it.

I offered to give him this account as a gift and buyer disagreed.

Buyer wanted to buy an account worth 100$ for 20$, but I did not agree

so buyer gave me a bad review.

OK let me just add this on second thought. The post was misleading. It did not indicate in any way that the email would not be changeable. I asked the seller through his admin before I bought the account if it was changeable and he indicated that it was. Raid apparently would not send the code to the email so I contacted raid several times to remedy the situation. They told me that I needed to know the geographic location and date of when I set up the account. Obviously the only person who has that info was the seller and he was unable to provide that. I give seller credit for trying to help recover the email code, but he should have known before he started selling accounts that the email would not work. I wasted a week of playing the account and battling him and customer service at raid. He only refunded me after he was unresponsive to my chat requests and I told him that I would leave negative feedback.

The statement that "this situation is rare and he can't control it," is again misleading. It is entirely up to the seller's control to provide access to the account via email or whatever means necessary. I doubt that it is rare, because obviously this is a situation that he is aware of. Maybe he can't do anything about it, but then he shouldn't be using that email provider to set up his accounts. It's still scammy to provide potentially worthless emails to your customers when you know there is a problem.

As far as the gift and other account are concerned, it's all irrelevant. First of all I don't want the account because the email isn't changeable. Second, his accounts he has listed are crazy overpriced, so a $100 account would realistically only sell for $20 on epic.

I appreciate the remedial measures that the seller has taken. I see now that he has posted clearly on the website that the email isn't changeable. I appreciate that he refunded the money. Regardless, I feel like he intentionally misrepresented the email situation in his original post and reserve my right to leave feedback according to my experience.

I didn’t know at the beginning that the mailbox could not be modified,
If I know from the beginning,
I will tell you directly that the mailbox cannot be modified,
and I will not let you contact the official modification all the time
It was also from this account that I realized that some accounts could not be modified even if they had the right mailbox.

As for refund
It's not because you give a bad review that I will refund
As long as you ask for a refund, I will refund
I was not working hours at that time, I just replied to you slowly
You give bad reviews

If the buyer can give me a bad feedback
So as a seller, can I also give a bad feedback to the buyer?
mutual after all
I think it is difficult for the buyer to communicate, and I do not recommend other sellers to trade with him

The bottom line is that you created a misleading post. Yes you have refunded me, but you cannot change the initial fact that you created that post and intended for people to act on it. I have done nothing but express the facts of what have happened.

No, what you said before, if you can buy an account worth $ 100 at $ 20 , you agree to delete the bad feedback,
I didn't agree,
so you don't delete the bad feedback.

In return, you will also get a bad feedback, good luck.

I think you mean that I tried to buy account that was worth $20 for $20, but you had listed for $100. That has nothing to do with the reason for me leaving negative feedback. You continue to misrepresent and mislead from the initial issue.

You can keep saying that as much as you want. But the fact remains the same. Your ad, that was posted on these forums was misleading. You posted that ad. You intentionally did not mention that the email was not changeable. You wasted my time, and others, and took my money based on your misleading ad. End of story.

No, that's not a wrong advertisement
I haven't modified it on EpicNPC until now
It's just that the account you bought was unexpectedly

Have you ever encountered the case that the binding mailbox could not receive the verification code?
If you have encountered it before, you will not contact the official modification of the mailbox, you will directly ask for a refund, isn't it?
