I was selling a guide on how to top up for a cheaper price in Genshin Impact, but the developer patched the method on the morning of November 3rd. I was not awake yet to update my thread, and buyer @Hbossghost bought my guide and found out it doesn't work anymore. I have contacted him for his details and have now resolved the issue with a full refund.
