After contacting the seller and middleman (Elkidos) and informing them the account was recalled, I left negative feedback. I also contacted Paypal to dispute the payment. I supplied Paypal with all chat logs and the transaction was refunded.
Seller claimed he had purchased the account from playerauctions, but the wow account name, paypal name and email used for both prior to sale was the same. Account was recalled on November 18th, one week after sell. Negative feedback from seller was only made after Paypal reversed the transaction, no dispute was ever presented by seller when initial negative feedback was left.
