Hey there,

My dispute is with Cale1888. He left a negative review on my account calling me a scammer because I did not accept his offer, and in response to the fact that I left him a negative review. I'd like mine removed with the following evidence.

He initially contacted me about something I was interested in buying. He offered a good price, so I said we could make a deal. He asked for my discord contact details (and later edited his comment to just be . in the screenshot). I gave them to him. Proceeding is that conversation.

There was one more line that he deleted, which I'm not actually sure why he deleted, asking me if I had bitcoin. That's where my response of it being a mystery to me comes in.

The conversation on this website was much longer. I highlighted the deleted line for clarity since it's easy to overlook otherwise.

  • But for the record, let me explain the biggest reason that's an absolute no go for me.
    
    You sent me this link. https://www.g2a.com/betsnet-gift-card-global-20-eur-i10000186241004 -- You're wanting me to buy something from a trader that has had 30% of its customers complain for some reason, many of which said it's a fraud or they didn't even receive their product. Secondly, I have no way of assuring this product doesn't belong to you. They want $30 for a $20 dollar card. If you're the seller, I'm paying you $30 dollars and giving you $20 more on top of that once I give you the card.
    
    You had no interest in a middle man, no interest in skrill, which does not have reversible payments like paypal, and you come here and then threaten me with trying to get me banned because I didn't go through with the deal. You are the sketchy one, friend.

Banned - fake feedback - depolazavr - multiple scam accusations

I will explain again. He tried to trade through a bank card (paypal) where he can use chargeback. But I did not give him a negative reputation, he gave it to me first, and I answered the same way.
1) Deal (REAL MONEY TRADE) is prohibited in the game and the account may be banned!
2) If he sends money through Paypal (he can easily return it) Since I will not have proof of the transaction, because we exchanged messages in discord and the correspondence can be forged
3) I don't see any problem making a deal with a gift card (if he is going to send money through Friends and family) this is the same as buying and making a trade
4) Due to the restrictions in the game (I can get banned) and after that he will simply return his money through the bank.
5) He doesn’t want to do it because he might be using a stolen credit card
6) In the correspondence it is clear that he did not ask me to use Middleman (but he said and lied that he was talking about him).
7) He didn't want to do it through the middleman because he is a scammer and tried to deceive me!

RMT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE GAME !!!


He gave me a negative reputation for nothing! I did not deceive him and did not steal anything. At first I didn't want to give him a negative, but he started first and wrote nasty things about me.
He could not deceive me and showed himself from the other side.

My interest in a middleman was implied when it was available on the post.

I did not attempt to coerce you into anything, either. You wanted to trade with a gift card. I said no and ended the conversation and blocked you. If you were afraid of chargebacks, I had offered Skrill as a payment option, which does not allow me to do that. I blocked you on Discord after that. Then you decided to throw a tantrum and the accusations on epicnpc because of it. The fact that you were scammy, insulting, accusatory, and refusing to go away is why you got a negative review. You are not pleasant to work with. You've done this before to someone else.

You can say whatever you want! Of course, you will deny this, but your words no longer matter when you say that you offered me to make a deal through the middleman. You never told me this, and when you blocked me and I said that I would go to write in support, you began to speak and blatantly lie that you offered me a deal through the middleman. Stop lying and say that it is not. Through Skrill (Bank transaction) you can get your money back. AND YOU KNOW THAT RMT is FORBIDDEN in FFXIV and you wanted to take advantage of this and steal HOUSE from me

The offer was directly on the post itself my man. The photo shows that. I never brought it up because it was already brought up. It's not my fault that you chose not to see it or ignored it. I never tried to cheat you. I never tried to convince you to sell me anything. I answered your questions, and when you offered me a deal I did not like, I ended the transaction. That's all this was.
