Feedback and Thread Integration

At the top of all sale threads we are now displaying feedback information so it's easier for users to find.

The star graphic, rating score, total and unique feedback will all be displayed along with the registration date at the top of each sale thread.

Unique feedback only counts feedback from each member once. If someone gave you 2 feedback, that only counts once.
