Keep in mind all negative reviews you see about us as of the date of writing this post was created by this particular user he went as far as to purchase multiple trust pilot negative reviews and we have provided a link to where he made this request to purchase negative reviews below using the same username he had on our platform and multiple other forums . We take any claims of non-payment very seriously and want to assure you that these allegations are completely untrue. It is simply an attempt to tarnish our reputation. We have always maintained a high level of integrity in our business practices and have many satisfied customers who can testify to our commitment to providing excellent service.
To give a brief background what happend, the user had multiple account on famebolt at rodrigo and oby_one where his account we found that both accounts were owned by the same person. The user had used a fraudulent credit card to make a deposit on one of his account and attempted to purchase a social account with his second account. Our system raised a red flag because there were over 52 attempts to make payment before it finally went through. When we reached out to our payment processor to review the payment, we were informed that the owner of the card had initiated a chargeback of $300. This was not surprising, given that over 52 attempts to make a payment is quite suspicious. We contacted the user to request their ID so we could initiate an investigation. However, instead of cooperating, the user insulted our support staff and threatened to leave a negative review if we did not comply with their demands and send them funds. we suspended both accounts and the user proceed to purchased multiple negative reviews and posted on the internet to tarnish our name if you check here you can see the user account oby_one making request to buy negative reviews it seems at the time of posting this part of the request has been deleted but its still partially visible https://bit.ly/3NXmgI5 . i will also like to add that this is not a support channel for famebolt if any user have any issue should please reach out to us on our website. but since a complain about us was made here hence.We wanted to clear our name and bring this matter to your attention.
