Sale/Trade Information

What was bought, sold or traded?
-A high end game account for Wakfu.
Link of transaction thread:
Approximate value of property:
-I paid a total of $310 for the account. The items were worth around $450, and the bare account itself would be worth around $50.
Was a middleman used?:
-No
If yes, who?
Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong:
-The seller hacked my email, got access to the account and robbed its value after he sold it to me. He only applied a negative to my account AFTER I placed one on him for what he had done.

Sadly this is the classic case of he said, she said. Not much in the way of proof other than the chat logs you guys will have between he and I. The last four digits of his cellphone number matched the numbers hooked into my email account, but that has since been changed after I called him out on it/reported it in my complaint to the IC3.
edit:
I have been unable to get any information out of Wakfu as they have a stolen account recovery page: https://support.ankama.com/hc/en-us/articles/201376923-my-account-was-stolen-what-do-i-do-.
As the seller was the original owner he was able to bypass any emails being sent to me while he was recovering the account.
The account, and my email are still completely out of my control. Although it doesn't much matter at this point as it is useless now, and my charge back on him was done.

Other details / notes:
This seller was sketchy from the beginning. He was unable to receive Paypal payments as his account was locked/banned from some ridiculous story he had come up revolving around someone stealing his identity to use paypal.... Had to figure out different method to get a payment through so we went through Playerauctions.com. He posted the sale, and I purchased it through there. $310 in total for the account. Sale concluded, information was sent to me, and I had the email changed over to one I made just for the account. I logged into the account to find a lot of items missing from characters that were said to have been there. As player auctions has a timer that allows me to verify the account before they fund it I contacted the seller and demanded he return the removed items. After a long talk he decided to return the items. A few days later I log into the game on this account and see that all valuable items had been stripped from every character. I immediately attempted to log into my email account, and much to my surprise my password was not working at all. I attempted to go through the password recovery, but the account had been linked to a cellphone number I'd never heard of. I did some looking around on skype, and figured out that the cellphone number that was now tied to my email's verification process was the EXACT same cellphone as this user through skype.
I immediately realized what had happened. My email was hacked, the account was accessed by the seller, and completely stripped. I attempted to contact the seller through EpicNPC messages, as well as multiple messages through skype. He outright denied any involvement even after I gave him his exact cellphone number obtained from the verification process of my email. After he stopped communicating I contacted Playerauctions, and they said their investigation process could take up to a month. I decided this was not acceptable. I contacted Paypal who placed a hold on the funds. They informed me to contact my bank immediately. My bank placed a reversal on the funds, and instructed me to contact a government agency called the IC3 to report this user for THE FEDERAL CRIME OF Internet Fraud and Abuse. I went to their website and filed a complaint (which is currently being processed).
My thoughts that the seller was responsible for this were even further confirmed when, a few days later, the items that were taken off the account were starting to pop up on the auction boards from the same character who had traded me the items he removed during the initial selling process. I came here and posted a negative mark on his account, and he immediately posted back accusing me of stealing his items and doing a charge back. While I DID do a chargeback, it was only after the seller hacked my email, stole all of the valuable items from the account, and outright refused to return them after many messages sent.
As far as the thread of me reselling this account being marked as "sold": The account A)No longer had the items stated on it, and B)Was no longer under my control. I locked the thread as sold to keep people from asking about it.
