The guy posted this feedback after more than 15 months of the account being sold, claiming that I claimed it back.
Of course it isn't possible to claim back an account after 15 months, since everything on it would've changed, from transactions IDs to new emails used etc.

I don't know how this guy think i can be taken accountable on what he did on an account he had for more than 15 months.

Forgot to add that everything has been done via EpicNPC, with an official EpicNPC MM securing the account

This is being handled via TG chat dispute. Once the dispute is resolved then you can open a feedback dispute to resolve the feedback.
