The buyer bought our product. We advertised he will guarantee to get 3~9 x 4* characters in Genshin Impact. Our account will always get 3~9 x 4* Characters. The buyer assumed the 4* from characters are not counted toward a total of 4*. To him, his total 4* is 2 x 5* Characters. To us, it's a 5 x 4* Characters
We advertised our product correctly. The buyer bought our previous games like Epic7 It the same thing as 5* is part of the tutorial and we still count it as 5*.
We already had ten of thousands of buyers over the past 3.5 years but never heard such an issue.

To him, any character from the tutorial, guarantee, gifts developers is not counting toward Total Characters which is actually ridiculous. He played the game doesn't mean everyone plays the game.
The buyer already receives the UNIT he wants with the correct 3~9 x 4*.

Example 1: Picture Below. The purple box is a 4*. The account below is 7 x 4*. To the buyer, it's 4 x 4*.
We only advertise buyers will get 3~9 x 4*. Our advertisement is true & correct.

Example 2: End game account has 150 characters in Total. 30 characters are free and from Tutorial & Story Mode, Gifts. It should be still counting 150 characters when the buyer bought it.

since i still have the discord conversations saved so i can backup any statement and sayings that went on in the conversations.
first of all, you called your customer "mental and delusional", which is not really how you should start addressing your customers,
i contacted setsuna to get a clarification , since the picture on the account showed 2 guaranteed, then 2-8 random 4stars, the picture was not the same as the text.
when i asked for clarification i get met with hostility , and when i said i didnt know he counted the tutorial and main character towards the pool of the "2-8 4stars"
he turned vicious and said he will report this to the admin and dispute me there.
obviously this man has anger management issues, i saw another reviewer recently who also claimed he was met with hostility, which i can understand.
i didnt once mention that i wanted a refund, i clearly only said that i felt that the text and the picture was misleading.
i can change my review of 1 star to say "hostile seller" if u prefer that, but i wont change my 1 star.

First of all, check your fact straight that I have never called you mental. You have already purchased from me with the same EXACT content. You imagined stuff right out of blue.

Secondly, I already explained to you this is how advertisement works. I advertised what I sold. It's always true but you keep trying to make it seems I was scamming you. It basically has been over 3.5 Years with the same content. YOU ALREADY BOUGHT 3 OTHER GAMES BEFORE WITH EXACT SAME ADVERTISEMENTS. Why are you asking after 2 years? I don't understand.

Thirdly, you accused me of False Advertisements & Scamming which you had already purchased in the past. I didn't threaten to report to the admin. WTH? We had different opinions. I asked nicely if you want Admin to see what right or wrong. If it right, I will be fully refunded you. But you seem didnt even care and went to leave angry feedback.
Scamming what? 1 x 4* inside an account? Are you really this serious? Did you upset because you didnt get an extra 1 x 4*? It seems to be blackmail to me.

Please don't make up a statement. Please don't imagine stuff. Please don't lie.

We will use this as an example.
Keqing is a 5* Character and Fischl is a 4* Character. The buyer is a guarantee to get these 2 no matter what. If they didnt get it, it's false advertising. The buyer indeed gets the unit they wanted.
These 2 units are only obtainable using in-game currency. The chance is low.

2~8 x 4* Characters are extra Characters. When you used the currency, you might have more than 4* characters like above.

There is 1 banner that gives a 1 x 4 * Character name: Noelle after spending in-game currency.
There is 3 other 3 x 4* Character that you have to actually play the game till you are able to sell the accounts.
From the advertisement. It will be always guaranteed to be 3~9 x 4* Characters if you purchase the package above. Some people can even have 9 x 4*.

When a seller selling an account, they count the total amount of units the account has obtained. Tutorial, Free, Gifts. They can be removed at some point if developers want it and make it rare/limited and actually make it extremely valuable.
Free.,Gift, Tutorial is not worthless. They are not rare at this point but at any point in the future. If the advertisement is 0~9 x 4*. It will be always false because it contains more than 3 x 4*.

This is also how selective work. We sell based on how many Characters in the account no matter what source it comes from. The guy above already bought 3 from 3 different titles with the same advertisements.
If he could ask nicely to exchange for another one, none of this actually matters. He straight up went scam & false advertisement accusations with angry feedback.

One thing I will mention is the 2-8 character range is huge. Why is it so wide? If I bought an account, I would honestly expect 4 or more characters and would be upset if I only get 2 or 3. What is the range so larger?

The way to get 4* characters in any game: Ingame - Currency (Paid/Non-Paid), Tutorial, Gifts, Free from login, Story mode.

Ingame Currency is random. You used and the outcome is random. You can get an extra 4* or 5*. Tutorial, Gifts, Free from login, the Story mode is the same each time but can be changed in the future depend on the developer of the game.

There is a service that pays to unlock story characters and the price depends on how hard the quest is.

The advertisement is that you get 2-8 x 4*.
You will always get more than 2-8 x 4*. It is because it includes the Tutorial, Gifts, Free from the login, and Story character.

In this case, you will get 3 from the story and 1 from in-game currency which makes it a total of 4-8 x 4*. If you are lucky, it will be even 9 x 4* depend on how many In-Game currency developers gave away.

The reason people buying the package is the 5* and the 4* advertised. People even pay extra for Main Character Gender Selection because gender is locked after creating the account.

Another example:
A Game name Brown Dust. They were giving out free 6* Units +9 to a NEW account after the big update. Old accounts before that the update suddenly unable to obtain this unit. The value of old accounts went to dust and only new accounts have value at this point.

Starters account are purely depend on your luck. Someone can spend $30 to get 10 characters but someone else can get 0 characters. You can't control the outcome. This is a Gacha game.

Paxlax paid for the $20 account. He got the guaranteed unit which is these 2:

Plus extra 2~8 x 4*. The account always has 3+ x 4* from the story & one from the guarantee banner so he will get a total of extra 4 x 4* Characters no matter the outcome. Starters account are based on the number of Gifts from Developers.

Taking this game for example:

When they first released you have around 55 Summons on each account. The chance of getting 4*~5* is high. Sometimes it could go up to 9 ~13 x 4* if lucky. 3 months later, developers remove the gifts making these starters only had around 40 Summons to 20 summons. The chance of getting 9 x 4* is low but still possible.

The whole point of extra 4* doesn't matter. People want the guarantee, not the extra. The guy doesn't want to count the 4* story characters so he subtracts the 3 characters from the story mode. He already purchased 3 different titles in the past that had the same concept and no problem at all.

Another Example as the game buyer bought before:
Arknights. He bought an account with 4 x 6* Characters. 1 of that 6* is guaranteed from Tutorial. Meaning as long as you did the tutorial, you get free 6*. He was happy to pay for the total amount of 6* which is 4. At that point, he valued the other 3 x 6* Characters to be the price he wanted. In this case, this is basically the same.

paxlax I do not see any false advertising. You received the correct amount of characters and I do not see any statements stating that the extra characters are in-addition to the tutorial, story or gift characters.
