DISPUTE GUIDELINES
  • Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback
    • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
    • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
    • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
  • Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
  • Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

You MUST provide proof or your claim will not be valid!

The negative feedback from @Jc391

| A little explanation without showing the personal data of the buyers:

> @subway43 bought an Apex Legends account from me: (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/🔥-p...er-16800-kills-107-legs-s2-predator🔥.1595312/). The account has been successfully sold and all data from the account has been transferred. Also, the customer used our boosting-services a couple of times and everything was fine. After 3 months and 8 days, as the account was sold, a buyer communicates to me that the account has been restored. I ask him to provide me with evidence that this is true. But instead of telling me that my account has been hacked, they send me an email with a template response from EA.

Also, an important part is that the account was resold to another buyer, who had problems with the account.

Why am I not in any way involved in this problem:
1. The account has been resold.
2. The second buyer who purchased the account and says that it was stolen does not provide any evidence of this. It just sends me template responses from EA. (
where nothing is said about stealing an account or changing data from an account)
3. The account has been used by the original buyer successfully for more than 3 months. But after resale, the account was suddenly stolen. (Very suspicious). I tried in every possible way to help the buyer, but as I said, we were not involved in this in any way, when I asked to provide me with screenshots that a message came on the mail that the account was stolen - nothing was sent to me.

*The letter says which the customer sent me
"Unfortunately, we can only change mail after checking the mail" There is not a word about the fact that the account has been hacked or the password will be changed.*

> !!!!!! Screenshot of HOW the message MUST look when the account is hacked and the mail on it is changed.
"Hello (nickname on account) (date when it was happen) - The email address associated with your EA Account has been deleted. (the mail to which the account was changed)

If you haven't made any changes, please click here to restore your previous email address and change your password. If you need more help, please contact EA Help."

| !! Also, please note that it was not the original buyer who left me negative feedback.

Original Buyer - @subway43 | And the one who bought the resold account from original buyer - @Jc391 (<< and he left a negative review)
